1)We do not accept returns for any custom Cut gowns.
2)We do have 14 days money back guarantee for standard size order. If you are not satisfy with the quality and dress not fit for you.
3)Refund would subject to $50 re-stocking fee and shipping/handling/insurance charges are not refundable.
4)Bidder/buyer should pay the return shipping fee.
5)Items must be in original shipped condition, unworn, unaltered, and have all original packaging.
6)Refund only after the return package is received.
7)No exchange to another size because you are required to MEASURE YOURSELF with a TAPE MEASURE before you order.
